About Us

The Skills and Learning Intelligence Module (SLIM) was established in January 2001, following extensive consultation with regional partners. It is funded by the South West Regional Development Agency and the European Social Fund and is a module of the wider South West Regional Observatory.

This full evaluation report represents the first stage in a two-year evaluation process. It focuses on SLIM’s current positioning within the changing regional context (2003-2004).

Strategic Review 01/09/2005
This report represents a culmination of evaluation and review of the impact of SLIM’s activity over an eighteen month period. The review builds on the findings outlined in the Interim Evaluation Report produced for SLIM and stakeholders in July 2004.
